October 9, 2009The Minister’s Advisory Committee on Health is asking for input from health stakeholders and Albertans on how provincial legislation should be updated to support new and better ways to deliver health care and ensure the system puts patients at the forefront. September 25, 2009We had an opportunity to meet as a committee last week. At that time we looked at how we're going to work together, and spent some time talking about how legislation could support a stronger health system. We will spend a little more time scoping out the issues so that we can get the best input possible from stakeholders and the public. Our plan is to talk to stakeholders in October, as well as get input from the public through this website. Our timelines are tight as we will be reporting back this fall, but we hope to hear from as many people as possible. Fred Horne, MLA and Co-Chair
